Gender equality policy

CE Marking

All Purmo radiators and convectors are CE marked based on the harmonized standard EN442.

The EN 442 standard consists of 2 different main areas:
1.  Technical requirements and specifications.
2. Test and measurement methods and assessment of compliance with requirements.

Warranty 10 years

Purmo radiators are warranted for 10 years* from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects when used in normal conditions and for a heating system with hot water.
The warranty does not apply to defects caused by installation on handling errors, misuse or factor external to the radiators, such as water quality or oxygen-pemreable pipes.

*6 years for galvanized radiators and 2 years for all electronic and electric components and spare parts sold separately.

Warranty 2 years

All products relating to Air Conditioning and Cooling, Plumbing, Heating, and Domestic Hot Water Production maintain by law the 2-year product warranty with some improvement extensions:

•Split air conditioners: 2 + 2-year warranty on the compressor

•Kettles: 3 to 5-year warranty depending on the product

•Solar collectors: 10-year guarantee

•Gas condensing boilers: 2-year warranty + 5 years on the primary exchanger

•Low-temperature radiators, column, and towel warmers that have a 10-year guarantee
