Controlled mechanical ventilation for residential and service industry use

Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (CMV) provides constant control over the volume of air exchange by responding to the building's use and the presence or absence of persons inside. CMV systems also provide a high level of purity of incoming air through filtration devices that prevent pollutants from outside environments from entering.

How does CMV work?

A Controlled Mechanical Ventilation system exchanges room air without opening windows.

Exhausted air is drawn from the most polluted rooms, such as restrooms, kitchens, and laundries, and ejected, while fresh air drawn from outside is introduced, cleaned, filtered, and heated.

Emmeti's Controlled Mechanical Ventilation systems deliver good air quality by collecting energy that would otherwise be lost by simple air exchange conducted by opening the windows and doors.

Room ventilation has a strong influence on climatic comfort and the sense of psychophysical well-being. Installing a controlled ventilation system is thus an excellent solution for controlling parameters such as temperature, humidity, and the level of pollutants in the air, thereby assuring the health of the rooms.

VMC per il residenziale e per gli ambienti commerciali e industriali

Emmeti provides a selection of Controlled Mechanical Ventilation systems suitable for residential and commercial structures.

It provides centralized solutions for residential structures, which are appropriate for new construction, or punctual/decentralized units in the individual rooms, particularly suitable for existing buildings or restorations.

The Emmeti solution for industrial applications incorporates centralized and punctual ventilation devices. Everything comes with all of the necessary installation supplies.
