Creating healthy and comfortable indoor environments is essential for the well-being and safety of students, teachers, and school staff. In this context, Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (CMV) offers a cutting-edge technological solution that significantly improves air quality inside school buildings.
CMV ensures a continuous exchange of air by introducing fresh, clean air and removing stale air, which may contain high levels of carbon dioxide, humidity, and airborne pollutants. This process is crucial for preventing discomfort, enhancing students’ concentration, and reducing the risk of spreading pathogens.
The proposed system consists of:
Two fans: one for air intake and one for air extraction.
A cross-flow heat exchanger: which recovers the thermal energy from the extracted air and transfers it to the incoming air, reducing energy consumption.
This technology enables a constant renewal of indoor air without energy loss, both during heating and cooling phases. Additionally, the incoming air is carefully filtered, ensuring a healthy and impurity-free environment.
Thanks to the collaboration with CONSULENZA ENERGETICA SRL, a new CMV system was installed at the Mons. Aldrighetti Preschool in Verona. This intervention has transformed the school spaces into healthier and more comfortable environments, improving the quality of life for children and staff during all educational and recreational activities.

Emmeti offers a complete range of solutions dedicated to ventilation, thermal comfort, and energy efficiency in schools. Investing in modern technologies means taking care of people and creating better environments for the future.
