Privacy Notice to BIMObject Contacts
Advisory note PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE No. 196/2003 and ART. 13 OF EUROPEAN REGULATION 2016/679 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
1) General information regarding how personal data is processed
We hereby inform you that Emmeti S.p.A. Single Member Company, Controller, with offices in Via Brigata Osoppo, 166 - Vigonovo - 33074 Fontanafredda (PN), Italy, (hereinafter the "Controller") will process your personal data; hence, by that outlined in art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (the so-called "Privacy Code"), and in art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (the so-called "GDPR) we provide you with the following information. 2) Purposes of the processing
Within the context of the BIM Object services through the internal messaging system, BIMobject Mail, the Controller has the intention to proceed with collecting more data than that supplied by the portal itself, such as, for example, email addresses. Therefore, the data provided by you will be processed for the following purposes:
a) To reply to your requests
b) Subject to a specific request, to send you newsletters containing institutional messages, invitations to events, or generic advertising about the brand and the products without the goal of direct selling
3) Methods used for processing and the scope of the data's distribution
Processing will be done by manual, paper, electronic and computerized means, following a logic strictly tied to the above purposes. The data will be stored in writing and electronic form, adopting organizational, physical, and logical measures to guarantee the data's security. Processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, and safeguarding the visitor's right to confidentiality regarding the provisions on privacy. Data collected may be communicated to all those parties for which communicating this data is necessary to fulfill the purposes appropriately indicated, and data will not be distributed.
4) Communicating and providing data
Our employees and partners may become aware of your personal data. These parties are either assigned operators or appointed Processors authorized to process personal data to fulfill the purposes indicated in this advisory note.
5) Legal basis for processing personal data
Processing, as per the purposes a) and b) above, will be done based on a specific request (art. 6(1)(b) EU Regulation 2016/679).
6) Data storage time
The data needed for purpose a), above, will be stored for the time necessary to respond to your request. Data required for purpose b), above, will be stored until you decide to exercise your right to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
7) Rights of the data subject
You have the right to exercise your rights as set forth by art. 15 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and the rights set forth by the arts. 16, 17, 18, 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679 regarding the rectification and deletion of the data that concerns you and restricting and objecting to the processing of your personal data in the ways established by art. 12 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
8) The right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority as per art. 77 of the EU Regulation
Should our company not provide you with a response within the terms set forth by law, or the response to you exercising your rights does not appear satisfactory, you may complain to the Supervisory Authority.
