EH Inverter Commercial Heat Pumps

Air-Water Heat pump with AXIAL fans and water-circulation units for Heating and Cooling service industry provided with: inertial storage, circulation pump, hermetic scroll compressor.
 
EH commercial heat pumps range is designed for outdoor installations in commercial applications. This range uses R32 refrigerant which ensures high performances and limited energy consumption. Scroll compressors guarantee high level of efficiency, reliability and minimum noise emission. Air-side exchangers are made up of copper pipes and aluminium fins battery and are supplied with protection grids. Condensation control con-tinuously regulates the fans speed, further reducing the noise emission of the unit at partial loads. Condensation control, combined with the electronic expansion valve, also enables a wide operation range.
 
Structural features
- Compressor: hermetic rotary scroll type with inverter drive, complete with thermal protection and crankcase resistor
- Water-side exchanger: properly insulated, with stainless steel plates, with anti-freeze resistance and water flow differential pressure switch
- Air-side heat exchanger: with finned battery, with copper tubesand aluminium fins with hydrophilic treatment, complete with protective grids
- Fan: electric fans of the helical type with external rotor equipped with internal thermal protection, safety protection grid and proportional elec-tronic device for the continuous regulation of the fans rotation speed
- Control: electronic with Adaptive Function Plus logic microprocessor
- Structure: galvanized and painted steel sheet
- The unit is also equipped with: external air temperature probe for set-point compensation; - display of high and low pressure refrigeration circuit; electronic expansion valve; Master/Slave management up to 4 units in parallel; clock board

- Pumping group including: inertial storage tank; expansion vessel; air relief valves; safety valve; water side pressure gauge; single electric pump with basic head
- Dual set-point via digital consent
- Power consumption limitation (compressor modulation to limit power and current consumption)
- “Night mode” function to limit noise during night-time operation
