The use of the refrigerant circuit allows the room humidity to be lowered; the presence of a water coil, when used in conjunction with the refrigerant circuit, allows the outgoing air to have the same temperature as the incoming air. As a result, air movement will be minimal and localized, since the room's diffusion of humidity can occur without the displacement of fluid masses.
