Silence THIN WALL ETWW, water-fed wall-mounted fan coil unit, “THINW-LAN” version, featuring a modern design and reduced depth (130 mm), ideal for any space, perfectly blending in with the furniture.
It is available in different sizes depending on the requested heat output, it can be installed on the wall and connected to “two-pipe” systems with hot or cold water.
The “Scheda THINW-LAN” version is able to create and maintain the ideal conditions for well-being all year round, in any residential space thanks to the serial port for connection of the wall-mounted “LAN” controller, which allows control of the ambient temperature, the fan speed with AUTO function for linear regulation, or night-time operation with limitation of the fan speed and reduction (winter) or increase (summer) of the set temperature, or the selection of the minimum or maximum speed.
This controller is supplied separately (mandatory accessory) with the possibility for centralised management of up to a maximum of 30 “Scheda THINW-LAN” version units in the one environment.
This version is ideal for the climate control of commercial environments such as: meeting rooms, receptions, shops, hotel rooms, where there is a need to control multiple fan coil units with a single wall-mounted “LAN” controller.
Thanks to 2 free contacts on the electronic PCB, it is possible to activate a chiller or boiler, and there is also a contact in input which can be used as an occupancy contact.
There are two dip-switches (micro-switches) on the controller electronic PCB to configure the device’s operation according to need.
Using the first micro-switch, the night operating logic in heating is changed:
- in the ON position, ventilation is inhibited, thus allowing the machine to heat the space by way of radiation or natural convection, as normally occurs in traditional radiators
- in the OFF position, the fan works normally
With the second micro-switch:
- in the ON position, only in cooling, continuous ventilation is enabled at minimum speed even after the setpoint is reached, to allow more regular operation of the temperature probe and avoid the stratification of the air
- when OFF, the function is cycled (2 minutes ON, 10 minutes OFF)
The fan coil unit is equipped with the latest DC-INVERTER technology with high-performance permanent magnet fan motor, with speed and power regulation through the PWM electronic device, with noise reduction and power savings of up to 50%.
The unit is complete with air filter, condensate drain filter, and jig for wall fixing.
