The head Dry Alu Floor insulating panel for underfloor heating/cooling is the ideal solution for installations requiring a minimum thickness, reduced weight on slabs, fast installation and use of the system, and is particularly suited for building renovations.
Dry Alu Floor has in fact been developed for installations with dry laying systems, without a screed, applicable on existing floors or perfectly flat substrates; pipes are laid with a serpentine layout.
The head panel is made from moulded expanded polystyrene (such as EPS 200) for thermal insulation, with a shaped surface with longitudinal, perpendicular and curved conduits for 17x2 pipes, bonded with a rigid polystyrene film, for the realisation of the end curves and crossings in correspondence with the ports and manifolds.
The dry system is intended for civil buildings, since the absence of the screed does not ensure a suitable resistance to high loads on the flooring.
The characteristics of reduced weight and extremely fast installation make it especially suitable for applications on wooden floors or in rooms heated occasionally (conference halls, holiday homes, etc.).
The floors can be laid immediately after testing, saving about 30 days compared to traditional systems.
Dry Alu Floor panels are produced in accordance with standard UNI EN 13163 (thermal insulation for buildings - factory made expanded polystyrene (EPS) products) and certified according to Regulation (EU) N. 305/2011.
