Roll Floor insulating panel
The Roll Floor insulating panel is a floor panel for thermal insulation consisting of a series of staves (dimensions 100x1000 mm) in moulded expanded polystyrene (EPS), bonded to an aluminium coloured HDPE film with red pipe guide lines at 5 cm intervals.
The side edge of the film, with a width of 40 mm, is adhesive and allows the creation of a waterproof surface that can be covered with traditional, self-levelling screeds.
Roll Floor stands out in the rage of floor heating panels for the following advantages:
- Excellent thermal exchange, since the surface of the pipe is almost completely in contact with the screed
- Pipe laying is not bound by the bosses and irregularly shaped circuits can be made
- Fast installation, appreciable especially in large rooms

It is used as an insulating and support layer for the piping in underfloor heating and cooling systems.
Its physical and mechanical characteristics make it suitable for use in any type of building, especially large or irregularly shaped rooms, where the pipes can be fixed with tacker clips, mesh type clips, and guide bars for pipes.
Roll Floor panels are produced in accordance with standard UNI EN 13163 (thermal insulation for buildings - factory made expanded polystyrene (EPS) products) and certified according to Regulation (EU) N. 305/2011.
