PexPenta Klett pipe

The PexPenta Klett pipe is a 5-layer pipe made of cross-linked polyethylene with an electronic system.
The EVOH oxygen barrier layer is located in the center between the two PE-Xc layers; as a result, the oxygen barrier is effectively protected from mechanical damage even during heavy everyday work on the construction site, which ensures a high level of safety in installation and operation.
The 2 adhesive layers ensure a permanent connection between the oxygen barrier layer and the two PE-X layers.
PexPenta Klett tubes are produced in a special coextrusion process in which the base tube is coated with all the additional layers in a single operation; thanks to the cross-linking with an electronic system, the PexPenta Klett heating tube achieves a much higher thermal and mechanical resistance than non-cross-linked tubes.
