The Alpert multilayer pipe technology consists of an inner layer of PE-RT (non-cross-linked polyethylene resistant to high temperatures), an intermediate layer of aluminum, and an outer layer of PE-RT, held together by two layers of adhesive material, represents the first solution proposed by Emmeti. In addition, other more typical options are added: pipes made of cross-linked polyethylene utilizing two separate processes (PE-Xc and PE-Xa) and PE-RT 5 layers pipe.
