The shutter cartridge is developed around a stainless steel bolt guaranteeing mechanical resistance and simple maintenance, and can be replaced by dismantling it from the reducer without needing to remove the latter from the system.
The shutter is coupled to a piston, the surface area of which compensates the force exerted by the upstream pressure on the shutter itself, thus guaranteeing the stability of the delivered pressure regardless of fluctuations in the supply pressure.

The sliding surfaces of the sealing elements are developed in components made of synthetic materials with a low coefficient of friction, which reduces the formation of deposits and occurrence of malfunctions.
All reducers are bench tested and calibrated at a delivery pressure of 3 bar; this setting can be modified using the adjustment screw, tightening it to increase the output pressure, and loosening it to decrease it.

The overall width is contained even when a downstream pressure gauge is used, thanks to its axial installation by means of an adjustable fitting (thread G 1/4” female)
Upstream of the reducer, it is advisable to install a sand trap filter, which by retaining any impurities in the water, guarantees the improved service life of the reducer itself.
