Neutral air dehumidifiers for radiant cooling systems
A complete range of encased or built-in, wall or ceiling-mounted dehumidifiers, for humidity control, integrating optimally into any environment.
Using the refrigeration circuit combined with two water coils allows the dehumidifiers to break down room humidity, ensuring that the outgoing air has the same temperature as the incoming air. As a result, air movement will be minimal and localized since moisture diffusion into the room can occur without displacing fluid masses.
The inlet air first passes through a dust filter and then into a first stage characterized by a high-efficiency finned coil where sensible heat is lowered by taking advantage of the water supply from the radiant system. Next, the saturated air gives up some of its latent heat by passing through the evaporator of the refrigerant circuit.
The cooled and dehumidified air is then reheated by the condenser and brought to room temperature by the last coil, which, taking advantage of the chilled water, makes the final temperature of the treated air neutral.
