Compact modules for metering of thermal, sanitary (with centralized hot water production), and technical water consumption, equipped with a 2- or 4-way zone valve, prepared for the installation of a DN15 or DN20 energy meter and DN15 or DN20 volumetric meters.
The zone valve is controlled by the individual housing unit's temperature control thermostat, separating each apartment's thermal zone completely from the centralized distribution network.
