Multilayer pipe monobloc seals for water
Emmeti's monobloc seals for multilayer water pipes are patented goods and hence have the unique feature of being supplied pre-assembled, avoiding the installer's difficult on-site assembly procedure. Because the monobloc seals are all equipped with O-rings, no sealants are required; additionally, the presence of the PTFE ring serves as a dielectric, preventing electrical contact between the aluminum layer of the multilayer pipe and the brass body of the seal, thereby avoiding the risk of corrosion.
To tighten, the 24x19 and ¾” Eurocone threads are integrated with all Emmeti systems, such as heating and sanitary water manifolds, radiator valves, and modular fittings.
