Plasterboard panels type A and EPS

The prefabricated radiant panels in type A plasterboard and EPS constitute the heart of Plasterboard, the innovative solution proposed by Emmeti for heating and cooling via radiant plasterboard ceilings and walls.
The result of experience and research, Plasterboard represents an alternative to underfloor heating and cooling, using prefabricated radiant panels in plasterboard (15 mm thick) and EPS, with the relative fittings and distributors for multilayer pipes. Plasterboard is distinguished not only by its extreme versatility and functionality, but also because it represents the modern and practical answer to achieving utmost well-being in any residential or commercial context.
The “hidden” insertion of the system on the wall and inside the ceiling ensures a ‘zero’ aesthetic impact and combines energy saving with improved comfort because the heat is evenly and constantly distributed throughout the rooms, thus avoiding any risk of blackening or dusty deposits in the areas where the system is applied.

The panel is prefabricated in a plasterboard slab (15 mm thick), which integrates one/two circuit/s in PE-Xc 8x1 piping (with oxygen barrier in EVOH), bonded to an insulating layer in EPS 250 (30 mm thick), which guarantees the necessary rigidity of the panels during installation for a perfectly level surface. The guide lines for the spiral circuits are screen printed onto the surface of the panel.
The ease of installation of the Plasterboard system, which can also be used in common metal structures for plasterboard, is perfectly combined with the product’s high compatibility in various contexts, thus guaranteeing high performance in both heating and cooling.
The Plasterboard system is perfect for buildings and spaces undergoing renovations (often lacking in insulation and not set up for climate control systems), but also buildings subject to high heat loads (such as commercial and public buildings, modern residential complexes) where ceiling panels guarantee the best possible energy efficiency.
It is also designed as a dry system, i.e., to be immediately ready for painting without needing to wait for the screeds and plasters to properly dry.

This radiant system and all its components and accessories are similarly designed and built in accordance with European standards, subject to strict quality controls, and certified for its high performance and safety by prestigious independent bodies.

Reaction to fire class: B – s1, d0 (complete panel), according to EN 13501-1 standard.
