Water press fitting with Leak Before Pressed feature
Gerpex LBP, Emmeti's new press fitting for multilayer pipes, has been developed to ensure a loss of water in case of non-pressing and a quick and safe pipe-fitting joint when pressed correctly with the specific equipment.
The unique profile of the fitting and the use of the double O-Ring guarantee a perfect and lasting hydraulic and mechanical seal and compatibility with five different pressing profiles (TH, B, U, H, F).
To prevent any damage, the LBP (Leak Before Pressed) function enables the installer to identify any unpressed fittings during the system tightness test quickly.
